The reception terminal 1 is provided with a reception state determination part 3 for determining the reception state of each reception terminal 1 on the basis of the receiving signals, a reception state holding part 1e for tentatively holding the determined reception state, a read part 1h for reading the reception state held by the reception state holding part 1e when receiving the reception state request transmitted from the collection device by using a common channel, and a transmission part 1a for transmitting the read reception state to the collection device 2.
