PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for efficiently implementing jobs in the case where reception order users and reservation users are mixed, by providing a reservation window for shortening a waiting time.SOLUTION: A reception management server gives a calling instruction to a window terminal in such a manner that a reservation number is called preferentially rather than a reception order number and the reception order number is called during an idle time in which it is not necessary to process reservation numbers. In accordance with the calling instruction, the window terminal calls the reservation numbers and the reception order numbers. In a reception system, a maximum number of reservation users in the window per unit time may also be preset. In such a case, the reception management server gives a calling instruction in such a manner that a reservation number is called preferentially rather than a reception order number within a unit time and a reception order number is called in the case where there is a residual time in the unit time after a user corresponding to the reservation number is processed.
