Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery with a high storage characteristic, a high- temperature characteristic, and a high cycle characteristic. SOLUTION: A wound electrode body 20 prepared by winding a belt-shaped positive electrode 21 and a belt-shaped negative electrode 22 through a separator 23 is housed in a battery can 11. An electrolyte included in the separator 23 is prepared by dissolving a lithium salt in an organic solvent such as propylene carbonate and contains tetraalkyl ammonium salt (a 1-3C alkyl group).
