Abstract:
PURPOSE: To allow more accurate detection of the residual quantity of electricity of a battery.
CONSTITUTION: The rechargeable electric apparatus comprises a rechargeable battery 2, a circuit 1 for feeding a charging current to the battery 2, a load 4 being driven with a current discharged from the battery 2, and a circuit 6 for operating the quantity of electricity charged in the battery based on the charging current thereof thus detecting the residual quantity of electricity of the battery 2.
