Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating pump equipped with a compact clank mechanism capable of linearly reciprocating a piston smoothly.SOLUTION: A crank mechanism of a reciprocating pump includes a first crankshaft 11 and a second crankshaft 12 (1). The first crankshaft 11 eccentrically rotates around a motor shaft 9 by a first eccentric amount Δ1. The second crankshaft 12(1) is supported rotatably around a center axis of the first crankshaft 11 by a first circular outer peripheral surface of the first crankshaft 11, and has a second circular outer peripheral surface centering on a position eccentric to the center axis of the first crankshaft 11 by a second eccentric amount Δ2 larger than the first eccentric amount Δ1. A piston 15(1) is rotatably supported by the second circular outer peripheral surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
