PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating base for a cargo processor, which is capable of preventing the sticking of adhesives for temporarily fixing the layers of cargos and saving the burden of maintenance. SOLUTION: A reciprocating base 5 is traveled between a stage unloading section 1 and a stage loading section 2 and moved to the layers of loaded cargos. For the reciprocating base 5, a plurality of carriage rollers 10 are provided between truck side frames 5a and the leading one or two rollers 10 are used as driving carriage rollers 10A. A resin cover 10b made of an elongated/ contracted tube or the like is provided in the remaining non-driving carriage rollers 10.
