Abstract:
To provide a reciprocating cutting tool which operates more stably.SOLUTION: A reciprocating saw 1 as a reciprocating cutting tool comprises a motor 3 extending in a vertical direction, a reciprocation converting mechanism 5 arranged at a lower side of the motor 3, and a slider 6 which extends in a front-rear direction, is connected to the reciprocation converting mechanism 5, and can move in the front-rear direction. The reciprocating saw 1 further comprises: a power unit housing 2C holding the motor 3 and the reciprocation converting mechanism 5; a grip housing 2G extending rearward from the power unit housing 2C; a battery holding housing 2P arranged behind the grip housing 2G; and a connection housing 2M which is arranged at a lower side of the grip housing 2G, and connects the power unit housing 2C to the battery holding housing 2P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
