There are provided a movable body (movable reflector) 3 which is reciprocated by a drive part 2, and an insulated electric wire 4 connected to the movable body 3. The insulated electric wire 4 is fitted by fixing its intermediate part to a base plate 5. Such insulated part as close to the movable body 3 including at least a fixing part (clip 9) constitutes an elastic energizing part 10 which offsets the movable body 3 formed from elastic insulating resin within the range of mechanical play when the insulated electric wire 4 is driven by a repulsive force (f). The movable body 3 is driven by an elastic energizing part 10 with no looseness.
