As the propulusive medium 4, the one with through holes 4' drilled continuously at same intervals on its central line is used, an accelerating machine 10 is set adjacent to it, this accelerating machine 10 is composed of two sheets of gears and a chain having projections for circulating around the gears, and the projections of the chain are inserted into the through holes of the propulsive medium 4 as this accelerating machine 10 works, and they are propelled.
