In this brake, a spindle 2 and a gear are connected to each other and the fingers 6 of hands 5 on both sides of the gear 3 oscillate the hands 5 and a pendulum 10 in reciprocating motion with the gear 3 and a non- escaping mechanism to generate inertial resistance with the masses of the hands 5 and the pendulum 10 for applying braking to the spindle.
