Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the friction resistance of a crank mechanism while suppressing man-hours and costs in processing.SOLUTION: A main bearing part 35 for rotatably supporting a plurality of crank journals 71 and a connecting rod side bearing part 85 for rotatably supporting a plurality of crank pins 72 of a crankshaft 7 are arranged, and a lubricative fluid F is interposed between the crank journals 71 opposing internal peripheral faces of the bearing parts 35, 85 and external peripheral faces 71a, 72a of the crank pins 72. A hangout part M hanging out to external peripheral face sides opposing internal peripheral faces 35a, 85a between the main bearing part 35 and the connecting rod side bearing part 85 is arranged and a microtexture structure 40 having a plurality of grooves 41 is arranged at the internal peripheral face 85a of the connecting rod side bearing part 85. On the other hand, the hangout part M of the main bearing part 35 located at both ends of the crankshaft in an axial direction has no microtexture structure 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
