Abstract:
To provide a reciprocating tool reducing vibration in cutting.
This reciprocating tool has a motor, a main body 2 with the motor built-in therein, a plunger 10 held on the main body 2 and to reciprocate with torque of the motor as its power source, a blade 6 mounted on the plunger 10 and a base 5 provided below the main body 2, the main body 2 is constituted of a resin made housing 3 and a metal gear holder 32 provided in front of the housing 3, and the gear holder 32 is constituted of a material of density of 3.0 g/cm3 or more.
