Title:
RECIPROCATING TYPE SLAT CONVEYOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1171011
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of required plastic materials and reduce a cost by regarding bearings/seal surfaces as a part of a conveyor slat, and controlling the manufacture and arrangement of the bearings/seal surfaces as a part of the manufacturing in factory. SOLUTION: The respective upper side part of each of alternately arranged conveyor slats 10 have hung-down longitudinally load transmitting beads B. The beads are seated on the bearings/seal surfaces constituting a part of the upper side parts of a conveyor slat 12 arranged between both the conveyor slats 10, and slide longitudinally along the bearings/seal surfaces. The alternately arranged conveyor slats 10 are guided by longitudinal guide beams 14. A mounting member 20 fixed to the guide beam 14 acts so that it resists the undesired upward motion of the conveyor slat 10. The The intermediately arranged conveyor slat 12 is snap-fitted onto the bearing 18, and the bearing 18 is then snap-fitted onto the longitudinal guide and a supporting member 16.
