Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclaiming device and method capable of continuously cleaning deteriorated substances in an absorption liquid while controlling the deteriorated substances at a low concentration and to provide a recovery device for CO, HS or both.SOLUTION: A reclaiming device includes: an evaporator 51 which separates a branched and introduced absorption liquid 17 from the deteriorated substances; a heating part 53 which is interposed to a circulation line Lfor circulating the absorption liquid 17 introduced to the evaporator 51, heats the circulating absorption liquid 17 and provides gaseous recovery steam 52 containing evaporated absorption liquid and CO; a concentrated liquid branched line Lwhich branches a part of the absorption liquid 17 as concentrated liquid 54 from the circulation line Lthrough which the absorption liquid 17 is circulated on a bottom part 51b of the evaporator 51; a cooler 55 which is interposed to the concentrated liquid branched line Land cools the concentrated liquid 54; an ionic deteriorated substance removal part 56 which removes ionic deteriorated substances in the concentrated liquid 54 after cooling; and a cleaning absorption liquid discharge line Lwhich performs recycling as the cleaning absorption liquid 17b from which the ionic deteriorated substances is removed.
