PURPOSE: To reclaim removed fill at a low cost and to settle pollution problems by heating under pressure fill removed from the site ground to effect sintered solidification followed by crushing and classification and by kneading the product with cement and water and producing concrete,
CONSTITUTION: Fill 1 removed by the all-casing process from the site ground is fed to hydro-extraction process 2 followed by solidification process 3 and heated under pressure to effect sintered solidification into artificial rocks. The rocks are then fed to crushing process 4 followed by classification-regulation process 5 to make a classification into e.g. sand, fine aggregates, coarse aggregates etc. Thence, these components are fed to kneading process 6 and kneaded with cement 8 and the water 9 from the hydro-extraction process to produce concrete 7. The resulting concrete 7 is then introduced, together with a reinforcing steel cage 12 into a dug well 11 and reused as a construction material for a structure on the site ground.
