Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press the waist of a seated person hard from the back while the lower part of a seat is inclined downward with backward tilting of a backrest.
SOLUTION: In this reclining chair, the rear part of the seat 30 is inclined downward interlocking with the backward tilting of a back frame 20. A back shell 41 made of synthetic resin and elastically bent forward and backward at the vertical middle part 41a is provided on the upper part of the back frame 20 so that the upper part is rotated around the lateral axis above the bending part. The lower part of the back frame 20 is supported to be moved up and down.
