Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that object detection accuracy is insufficient.SOLUTION: A recognition device comprises: an image acquisition unit for acquiring image data; an object candidate area recognition unit for, on the basis of an object recognition processing target area dictionary including information on an object recognition processing target area of a range in which an object to be recognized is retrieved in an image of the image data, setting the object recognition processing object area in the image; and an object shape recognition unit for recognizing the shape of the object in the object recognition processing target area. The object shape recognition unit generates the object recognition processing target area dictionary including the information on the object recognition processing target area set so as to include the shape of a plurality of objects recognized by a plurality of pieces of image data which has been imaged in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
