Abstract:
To perform accurate recognition with a simple configuration in a recognition system including a POS system.SOLUTION: A register terminal 1 and a recognition device 2 included in a recognition system 1000 comprise a processor 23 that recognizes an object included in an image picked up by an imaging unit 11 and controls a driving unit 14 that changes the relative positions of the imaging unit 11 and the object based on a result of recognition of the object. The processor 23 controls the driving unit 14 such that the relative positions of the imaging unit 11 and the object are changed in accordance with a result of the recognition of the object based on a first image picked up by the imaging unit 11, and performs recognition of the object based on a second image picked up by the imaging unit 11 in a state where the relative positions are changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
