PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expression plasmid including DNA coding the complex including a modified pseudomonas exotoxin having ADP ribosylating activity and translocating ability through a cell membrane.
SOLUTION: The expression plasmid including the DNA coding the modified pseudomonas exotoxin having ADP ribosylating activity and translocating ability through a cell membrane, the modified exotoxin contains modification of the receptor binding domain Ia of the natural toxin sufficient to act as the modified toxin which manifests lower toxicity than an unmodified pseudomonas exotoxin for human or animal in vitro, and having lower toxicity against to liver when administered in vivo.
