Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a reconstructing cost by executing the reconstruction of an existing equipment to the min. at the time of reconstructing a heating furnace for the purpose of improving the heating capacity or the heating efficiency in the heating furnace.
SOLUTION: At the time of intending to reconstruct to increase the heating capacity or to improve the unit requirement in the heating furnace by adding heat regenerative type burners 11 different from the conventional continuous combustion burner to an existing heating furnace which has plural sets of the conventional continuous combustion burners and exhausts almost all of the combustion exhaust gas generated from these burners from a flue at the furnace end part to the outer of the heating furnace, a part 21a of the conventional burners, is changed into the heat regenerative type burners 11 so that the combustion exhaust gas flow quantity passing through the flue at the furnace end part after reconstruction, is not increase more than flow quantity before reconstruction.
