PURPOSE: To obtain a record disk storage file which allows easily confirmation of the contents recorded on disks stored.

CONSTITUTION: A record disk file sheet 1 and a leaflet file sheet 2 are separately provided. Two or more storage parts 3 are arranged in raws in the record disk file sheet 1, and leaflet insert parts, where leaflets 6 on which recorded contents are written, are arranged in raws in the leaflet file sheet 2. The leaflet file sheet 2 has the same number of the insert parts as that of the storage parts 3 provided in the disk file sheet 1, and the insert parts are arranged corresponding to the arrangement of the storage parts 3 in the record disk file sheet 1. The record disk file sheet 1 and the leaflet file sheet 2 are stacked so that the storage parts 3 in the record disk file sheet 1 and the insert parts in the leaflet file sheet 2 are corresponded to each other.
