Abstract:
To enable a proper evaluation of service skills of a member of staff by appropriately managing time information to be stored as one part of a nursing record.SOLUTION: An input terminal is provided with: a service starting time input unit 13A that inputs time at which a touch (a first operation) is performed as starting time of nursing actions; a service ending time input unit 13B that inputs time at which a touch (a second operation) of a screen in action serving as an operation facilitating a next input operation is performed as ending time of the nursing action; and an operation ending time input unit 13C that inputs time at which a touch (a third operation) of a registration button 211 instructing registration of a nursing record as time at which the input operation of the nursing record is ended. Information on the nursing record including these information is transmitted to a management device 2 and registered, thus time at which solely the nursing action is performed by the member of staff, and time at which the input operation of the nursing action is performed can be separately recorded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
