To solve the problem that the replay function of a television game apparatus can be regenerated only once and cannot be seen repeatedly, and a fight game or the like can show a special performance by inputting commands of complex combination; however, regarding a conventional replay function, how commands are inputted to produce special performances cannot be seen.

An image signal outputted from a television game apparatus 2 is digitized so as to be recorded in a record regenerating apparatus 1, while a command outputted from a controller 21 is recorded corresponding to the digitized image data. Commands are converted to display data prepared beforehand corresponding to the kinds thereof (digital data to display command by icon), and then the display data are partially written in a part of the image data to record them. By the selection of an operator, the image data only are regenerated or the image data and display data (command) are regenerated.
