Abstract:
To provide a recorder which can prevent a drop of a recording means when the recording means is attached to a carriage.
In attaching and detaching an ink jet head cartridge 200A to the carriage 100, the carriage 100 moves to a position where it overlaps with a head support 13, and stops there. A projecting supporting part 13a for guiding and supporting rough guide protrusions 203 of both side faces of the ink jet head cartridge 200A so as to be appropriately delivered to a guide 105 set in the carriage 100 is formed at the head support 13.
