CONSTITUTION: A printing drive circuit 200 and a circuit element 300 are arranged on a head substrate 100 and the printing drive circuit 200 is loaded with an ink jet unit 4 wherein an ink jet head 202 and an ink cartridge 203 are connected to a carrier 201 and reciprocally moved by a lead screw 206. A heat energy generating means is arranged to the ink jet head 202 to apply heat energy to ink to emit an ink droplet from an emitting orifice.
