Depressed bending parts 16, 17e are provided at the side end parts 16k, 17k which oppose the flexible wiring substrates 16, 17 respectively, so that the side end part 16k of the flexible wiring substrate 16 and its crossing side end part 17k of the flexible wiring substrate 17 can be crossed without interfering each other. Thus, the flexible wiring substrates 16, 17 can be prevented from being broken or disconnected by contact.
