Abstract:
To provide a recording device which improves convenience when a user performs jam processing.SOLUTION: A recording device includes: a holding section which holds a roll sheet on which a continuous sheet is wound in a roll state; supply means which rotates the roll sheet held by the holding section and supplies the sheet; conveyance means which holds the sheet supplied from the supply means and conveys the sheet; recording means which performs recording on the sheet conveyed from the conveyance means; determination means which determines whether jam of the sheet has occurred; and control means which controls the supply means so as to generate a loop of the sheet between the holding section and the conveyance means in a state in which the sheet is held by the conveyance means when the determination means determines that the jam of the sheet has occurred.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
