Abstract:
To shorten a sheet cutting time.SOLUTION: Recording means records an image on a sheet. Transport means transports the sheet in a transport direction. Cutting means cuts a cutting part of the sheet, on which the image has been recorded by the recording means, in a width direction crossing the transport direction. The cutting means starts cutting of the cutting part in the state that tensile force in the transport direction at the cutting part is increased by the transport means compared to the time when the sheet is transported.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
