A first post-processing device 40 including: a sheet accumulation unit 441; a stapler 446 binding portions where folds of a bundle of accumulated sheets are to be formed using staples; a folding knife 447 moving the portions where the folds are to be formed in a sheet transport direction by pressing the portions where the folds of the sheet bundle are to be formed; and an upper folding roller 451a and a lower folding roller 451b forming the folds by putting the sheet bundle pressed when the folding knife 447 presses the portions where the folds of the sheet bundle are to be formed therebetween. Positions at which the stapler 446 injects the staples are closer to the upper folding roller 451a and the lower folding roller 451b in a vertical direction of the stapler 446.
