To provide a recording medium ejection button switch of composite equipment which has ability for returning the button to an original position by releasing a finger from the operated button and can be produced at ease and low cost while enhancing dimensional accuracy if the button switch for ejecting a video tape, a disc etc. loaded to the composite equipment having a video deck, a disc deck etc. from an opening part on the front panel of the composite equipment.

A button 9 can be returned to the original position if the finger is released therefrom by mounting a single button switch 1 on the front panel 1 for ejecting each recording medium from each equipment, respectively, and providing the button 9 of the button switch 4 with an elastic support part 12.
