Abstract:
PURPOSE:To allow the easy confirmation of the audio signals recorded on a recording medium even in the absence of a jacket, etc., and selection by displaying the title reproduced from the recording medium. CONSTITUTION:The users' bits R to W outputted from an EFM demodulating circuit 26 are inputted to a users' bit processing section 35. The users' bit processing section 35 successively stores the inputted users' bits R to W to a RAM 36 and processes one-pack component (24 symbolters) as a unit. The titles of respective pieces of the music processed in such a manner are read out of the RAM 36 and are written into a graphic memory 38 via a graphic processing section 37. The above-mentioned operations are executed at every top of respective pieces of the music of a CD and all the times of the respective pieces of the music are eventually recorded. The graphic processing section 37 reads out the titles stored in the graphic memory 38 and displays the titles on a display section 40 via a display driving section 39.
