Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify recording by displaying inspection items and by recording the result of inspection on an IC memory card through the intermediary of an acoustic signal. CONSTITUTION:When a batch card B is charged on a batch card reader 102, data on inspection items of vehicle sort specification corresponding to sequential numbers are transferred from a file server 101 to a first process computer 1. On the other side, an IC memory card C is fitted on a fender of a body W. A vehicle sort serial number is written in the IC memory card C, while a first inspection item in a first process is displayed in a CRT display 16. An inspector judges the quality as to the item and makes a report through a voice recognizing device 13 by a voice. The results of the inspection are recorded in the same way subsequently. In the final process, the results of the inspection are read out of the IC card C, an inspection table is prepared therefrom, and an inspection record on each one vehicle is transferred to the file server 101.
