PURPOSE: To stack recording paper so as to hang down its end part without providing the discharged recording paper mixed.

CONSTITUTION: A point end of recording paper P, discharged from paper discharge rollers 18, is received by a leaf spring 20 in a receiving recessed part 19, to hold the paper by pressing it to a side wall of the receiving recessed part 19, and a rear end of the recording paper is hung down outside the receiving recessed part 19. When finished, for instance, a paper discharge of arbitrary paper discharge unit of 1 communication, 1 printing, etc., an electrically-driven stapler 21 is actuated to bind the paper in each paper discharge unit, ad the recording paper of different kind is prevented from mixing.
