PURPOSE: To perform instantaneous recording of viewing state, if the viewing state of channels of a plurality of TV receivers is changed, by quickening the speed of punch type paper tape recording the viewing state of the TV receivers more than the normal speed, and making punch at the quickened period.

CONSTITUTION: A signal from TV1 and TV2 to be viewed is applied to viewing channel detection circuits 11 and 12. When an output is given from a channel data change detection circuit 21 to a motor rotating speed change circuit 22, the output is given from the circuit 22 to a clock generating circuit 23, which generates double frequency signals of clock pulses when there is any change in the channel of the television receivers TV1 and TV2 so as to rotate a stepping motor 26 is double speed. Thus, a paper tape driving mechanism 30 is driven to quicken the running speed of paper tape, allowing to punch and record the viewing state of each TV receiver.
