Abstract:
To provide a method for recovering component gas in exhaust gas which can continuously industrially treat a large amount of exhaust gas, and is excellent in energy efficiency, and its recovery device.SOLUTION: A recovery method of component gas in exhaust gas cools exhaust gas to a melting point or a sublimation point or lower of component gas in the exhaust gas, and recovers the component gas as a solid substance, wherein the component gas is one or more selected from carbon dioxide, dinitrogen monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide, a cooling temperature for cooling the exhaust gas is -80°C or lower, and the recovery method uses a stirling cooler to cool the exhaust gas, separates the exhaust gas and the solid substance of the component gas, and accumulates and recovers the solid substance of the component gas.
