Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently store used corrugated boards without causing any disaster prevention problems and to easily load them in a recovery vehicle by crushing into specified sizes the used corrugated boards thrown in a breaking section, storing these boards in a storage section in compressed states and automatically loading them in the recovery vehicle from a discharge section.
SOLUTION: A crushing section driving device and a drum driving device are started, thrown corrugated board containers are bitten in a crushing room 6 by a paddle blade 12 and a winding-in blade 14 and then crushed into small pieces. Then, these boards are fed through feeding exit 8 to a press-feeding section. Here, the corrugated board pieces are fed by a press-feeding blade 13 by the rotation of a first cylindrical body 16, enter a storage section from an exit 28 and then stored sequentially in compressed states. Then, a recovery vehicle is brought close to an discharge cap body 29 and, by an internal discharge blade 30, the stored corrugated boards are automatically loaded from a discharge port 31 on the recovery vehicle.
