Abstract:

To provide a recovering method of cellulose ester in which a practical problem such as degradation of especially preservative stability in a cellulose ester film for liquid crystal display or the like and a polarizing plate made of polarizing film or the like and which has little foreign matter in bright spot, and to provide a reclaimed cellulose ester film reusing the recovered cellulose ester.

In the recovering method, the polarizing plate is processed with water-based liquid, and the cellulose ester is at pH 7 or more.
