Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner installing method by which an air conditioner can be installed easily and surely in a short time while the adverse influence on the environment is suppressed.
SOLUTION: A recovering trap container for substituting gas is used for the installation of an air conditioner which is installed in such a way that an outdoor machine in which a refrigerant gas is enclosed in a compressor, or outdoor heat exchanger is connected to an indoor machine in which an indoor heat exchanger is opened to the atmosphere through a connecting pipe and the air in the indoor that exchanger is substituted with a substituting gas. Then, the substituting gas is recovered and trapped in the container. In a method for manufacturing the trap container, a gas trapping agent is put in the container and a solvent which becomes a liquid under a room-temperature atmospheric-pressure condition is enclosed in a gas state in the container. Then the container is hermetically sealed and the inside of the container is set to a negative-pressure state by cooling the container.
