PURPOSE: To provide an empty container recovery device in which glass bottles, aluminum cans, iron cans or the like are automatically sorted, and the aluminum cans or the iron cans are crushed to be small so that they can be easily treated.

CONSTITUTION: A box 1 having a charge port 2 for charging empty containers and a guide plate 3, communicating with the inside of the caging through the charge port 2 are provided. While the empty containers charged from the charge port 2 are guided and moved by the guide plate 3, they are automatically sorted in accordance with the kind of glass bottles, non-magnetic containers and magnetic containers.
