Abstract:

To provide a recovery device wherein, from raw material containing fluorine and ammonia, both the fluorine and ammonia are recovered.

Disclosed is the recovery device wherein, from raw water containing fluorine and ammonia, the fluorine and ammonia are recovered, and which includes: an ammonia recovery means where ammonia is evaporated from raw water, so as to be concentrated, and fractioed into ammonia-containing water and fluorine-containing water; an ammonia concentration means where the ammonia-containing water is concentrated; and a fluorine recovery means where the fluorine is recovered from the fluorine-containing water.
