Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery device and a recovery method for enhancing recovery rate of a low melting point alloy, and to enhance maintainability of centrifugal separation tank.SOLUTION: The recovery device of a low melting point alloy for separating and recovering the low melting point alloy from an article to be processed containing the low melting point alloy selected from the group consisting of bismuth, tin, lead, indium, cadmium, antimony, zinc and gallium and dissolved in a temperature range of 16°C to 183°C and impurities other than the low melting point alloy, has a supply port of the article to be processed, heating means for heating the supplied article to be processed to the melting point of the low melting alloy or higher, a dissolver having an exhaust port of the molten article to be processed, a supply port of the molten article to be processed, rolling means for rolling the supplied article to be processed and centrifuging the low melting point alloy, and a separation tank having an exhaust port of the separated low melting point alloy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
