Abstract:

To provide a platinum group metal recovery member capable of effectively recovering a platinum group metal from a nitric acid aqueous solution under presence of a high level radioactive waste liquid, using a simple operation.

A recovery member 100 recovers a platinum group metal from a radioactive waste liquid, and includes a metal ferrocyanide 10 and a bag-shaped member 21 wrapping up the metal ferrocyanide. The metal ion of the metal ferrocyanide 10 is one selected from a group consisting of: Cd ion, Co ion, Cu ion, Fe ion, Ni ion, and Pb ion. The bag-shaped member 21 is configured with a porous material (20).
