PURPOSE: To enable MOS type IC to be realized, by sampling input signal voltage with a switched capacitor, and by generating the output of each sample voltage with constant polarity.
CONSTITUTION: On a switched capacitor 2A, switches 21, 23 are turned ON/OFF by a clock 1, and switches 22, 24 are turned ON/OFF by a clock 2, and on a condenser 31, rectified signal voltage a is polarity-inverted and held. On a switched capacitor 2B, by a condenser 32, the rectified signal voltage a is held in the same polarity. Switches 27, 28 are returned ON/OFF by switch signal from a comparator 4, and full-wave-rectified output voltage is obtained at an output terminal. The full-wave-rectified voltage is smoothed and amplified by an arithmetic and logic amplifier 5 and a switched capacitor 3, and the output is generated.
