Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce a weight, facilitate working and assembly, and lubricate a ball smoothly by integratedly forming a block main body by inserting formation to be formed by inserting a locus member on which the ball transferring groove of a load range is formed in a mold.
CONSTITUTION: This device is formed by inserting a locus member 8 on which a ball transferring groove 5 is formed in a mold so as to reduce a weight sharply comparing with a moving block formed by cut-working a prior metal block. Ball maintaining parts 91a, 91b and a no-load ball passage 93 are integratedly formed with each other along the ball transferring groove 5 so as to eliminate necessity of assembly. A direction converting passage inner circumferential guide part 92 is integratedly formed so as to convert a direction from a ball from a load range to non load range. As a result, necessity of assembly is eliminated, and also a step difference between the direction converting passage inner circumferential part 92 and the load ball transferring groove 5, and between the direction conversion passage inner circumferential part 92 and the no-load ball passage 93 is eliminated, and the ball 2 is circulated smoothly.
