To provide a recyclable garbage collection box facilitating taking-out of recyclable garbages such as newspapers and magazines.

The recyclable garbage collection box is divided into an operation section 1 and a stationary section 2. The operation section 1 is rotated around a rotation axis 3 and separated by releasing a lock 8 disposed between it and the stationary section 2. The recyclable garbage collection box includes a stationary bottom plate 6 raised and fixed to the stationary section 2; a recyclable garbage support bottom plate 9 attached to a movable bottom mounting plate 15; and an operation section bottom plate 5 fixed to the operation section 1 by a movable bottom rotary shaft 4. The operation section bottom plate 5 is moved down rotatingly around the movable bottom rotary shaft 4 synchronized with the rotation of the operation section 1. Using the gap formed between the recyclable garbages supported by the recyclable garbage support bottom plate 9 and a recyclable garbage box bottom bar 13, a binding rope is passed therethrough to tie the recyclable garbages.
