Abstract:

To precisely, efficiently separate and recover vinyl chloride-based resins from fiber-made gloves, the surfaces of which are coated with the vinyl chloride-based resins, or gloves having foreign matter adhering to the surface so as to recycle these gloves.

A recycle system comprises; an impact-type crusher 1 having a screen 10 for regulating the sizes of ground gloves; a separator 16 for separating fiber components from the ground gloves crushed by the impact-type crusher 1; a shear-type crusher having a screen for regulating the sizes of the crushed gloves from which the fiber components are separated by the separator 16; and a separator for separating the crushed gloves crushed by the shear-type crusher into fiber components and vinyl chloride-based resin components.
