This recycle system is provided with a database for storing information associated with an evaluation index necessary for evaluating the value of a recycle product to be manufactured by using a used product to be damped by a damper as starting materials and an evaluating means for calculating and/or selecting recycle costs to be returned as a bounty to the damper or to collected as an assessment by evaluating the recycle value of the used product from the evaluation index owned by the database, and converting it into costs.
