Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set aside and residual concrete remaining in a construction site while separately preserving aggregate, or the like, and to recycle all the separated concrete and the aggregate without producing waste.
SOLUTION: The residual concrete remaining in the construction site is fed into a drier 3 and heated and dried by a burner 4. Particulates are recovered by a dust collecting machine 5 and a bug filter 6 provided on the discharge port of the drier 3. The dried aggregate is classified, kept and recycled according to appropriate uses corresponding to respective particle sizes. Only sludge generated after performing washing with water and classifying the aggregate may be heated and dried. Thus, even the sludge is also dried and recycled, disposal and transportation costs are reduced and this treatment method is extremely preferable in terms of environment protection.
