To solves the following problem: when a solidifying material, an additive or the like are added to the dehydrated cake of sludge, construction waste soil or the like, and the material and properties thereof are improved to produce a granule, since the content of the moisture to be charged is calculated based on the moisture content in the discharged part of material, the content of the moisture to be charged can not be correctly calculated when the moisture content of the material is not uniform.

The recycled granule production apparatus includes a moisture sensor 1 for measuring the content of moisture in the material stored within a drum 2, and a water feeding means provided at the drum 2 feeds to the drum 2 the moisture in a content calculated based on the moisture content in the material measured by the moisture sensor 1.
