PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a used paper recycling apparatus reduced in size and cost even when water used once for a dissociation treatment is recovered and utilized.SOLUTION: In the used paper recycling apparatus, a water supplying part 182 includes a white water path 24 passing white water from a white water tank 54 and a service water path 23 passing service water from a service water supplying part, which is connected with the service water supplying part for supplying service water; a merging part 26 of the white water path 24 and the service water path 23 is provided; and any one path of a path for dissociation 25 for passing service water and/or white water at least from the merging part 26 to a stirring tank 181 and a path for dilution 28 for passing service water and/or white water from the merging part to a diluting treatment part 12, is provided.
